I've decided I need a Positive Reset! So, I'm Renewing My Promise to Myself:

My Plan and Promise to myself for the rest of 2016

1. I WILL NOT Give Up on my goals emoticon

2. Keep the past in the past and move forward emoticon

3. I will do my best to track everyday, the good the bad and the ugly.

4. At least 30 minutes of Cardio activity per day 6x a week emoticon emoticon emoticon

5. ST or Piyo at least 4x per week- emoticon emoticon

6. Weigh in once a week only for accountability emoticon

7. Continue to be active with my teams, lending support and seeking support if I need it. emoticon

8. Journal or blog once a week, reflecting on my weeks accomplishments and or downfalls

9. NO EXCUSES emoticon
