Fasting bsl is 232. I am frustrated at my blood sugar. I have been good, done exercise every day. Yet it is consistently over 200. Maybe inflammation is making it high? I am trying to find something I may not be able to find to help. There ARE times where insulin just needs to be more. But it is frustrating non the less.

Today. Keeping an eagle eye on what I intake. I have had a couple food allergies this past week.

We had even more excitement on the block last night. A bunch of electric guys came out to the duplex next door. Both sides of the duplex had been gone for about a week. I guess one side came home to no power. When checking on it they found their basement VERY flooded. They had to cut power to the building, the owner was called and they spent time getting things out of their basement. I may poke my head over today to see if they need any more help. Yesterday we were told to stay away do to the possibility of being shocked. I hope they had renters insurance! Not sure what happened but I do know it has nothing to do with the construction on the road.

Supposed to thunder storm today. I think I may focus on smooth movements today as my right hip has really been bothering me. Stretching and yoga...stuff like that. My son has Friday off of school so he told me he would grocery shop with me, plan meals and cook with me...FUN! He is my little man. Such a great kid.

Have a great day all.

I really hope something changer with your blood sugar. You're obviously doing what you need to on your end. Maybe it is the inflammation.
