Took a break! But I'm here and ready now!

I took off and stop dieting for about 10 days. I used this time to regroup and get my head in a good place. I now feel ready to loss this weight. I have no big food events or anything coming up for the next few months. So this is a good time to do this and get some good eating habits started. I also think I'm giving up diet soda. I look at how much I was drinking and I think it was way to much. I'll have it if I'm out some times but I'm not going to have it at home. If I need caffeine I'll have a cup of coffee. So I'll be drinking a lot of water. LOL Happy to start and happy to learn.
