I miss SP!!!

Saturday, April 30, 2016

I can't believe how fast time is FLYING by!! It's been almost 3 months since I was last on here!! I just spent some time reading through blogs and it is so insanely motivating to see people having success and pushing through goals and obstacles.

I have been on/off with the focus on weight loss. I went for appx 6 weeks of tracking everything, cutting out some unhealthy habits and eating "cleaner" with success then fell off for the past few weeks. It infuriates me that I do this to myself ALL THE TIME emoticon I work so hard and then blow it! Grrrr I need to hold myself more accountable.

I've been loving my meditation and set up a nice area in an extra bedroom - it makes me feel more grounded and less reactive.

I've officially been practicing as a vet for 6 months and it is going well. Feeling much more confident - it was so SCARY in the beginning. Still working for a very busy practice and seeing TONS of cases which is great experience.

So here's to MAY - I definitely need to stay focused as I have a lot of FUN things coming up!! A good friend from home is coming to visit in two weeks and I have the weekend off to show her around San Antonio and do touristy things, my birthday and then a trip to Philly with my man to see my Dad and go to college lacrosse championships!

May goals: visit SP daily, track on myfitnesspal and my notebook, no soda/crackers at work, drink lots of water, work out (thinking of joining Golds - any thought on that are welcome!!) meditate daily and focus on happiness.

Looking forward to it - THANK YOU everyone on SP for the motivation!! emoticon

emoticon we all get distracted with things and neglect our eating habits. The important thing is is that you noticed it and are in the process of fixing it. Having your own spacial place to meditate sounds like a really good idea. emoticon on becoming a Vet that head to be rewarding work! Good luck with your goals!!!!
