Week 2!~Day 1,2 &3! (6weeks from now you will thank yourself challenge!)

Week 2~
Food: Water as in Week 1 & Add 3 fruits to your menu. (per day)
Fitness: Keep those tunes cranked for 15 minutes of dancing & add 3-set 10 reps of sit-ups {do not have to be all at one sitting, spread it out, 10 reps in the morning, 10 mid-day & 10 evening} makes for a fun day of easy workouts! (per day)

Day~1 Got my water in extra too!~I got in two fruits today~ Cranked up the tunes with our band for over 4 hours of playing & dancing around! With the busy day I have had, I have done 3-10 set sit-ups divided this evening. Got'm Done!

Day~2 Got that water! Chug-a-lug! Had the tunes cranked up all day long! Did my dancing in the yard after I got home from work! I even pulled some weeds from around my rose bushes! Got in 2 fruits today, made me some smoothie frozen treats (I'll let you know how they turn out tomorrow) Made a stir-fry w/chicken breast & veggies! Yummers! Now time to get those sit-ups in for the day. I can tell you true... I am sore from doing the ones yesterday!

Day~3~ Hammer down on the water intake! [I've got this!] Cranked up the tunes and hand washed my car & the hubs car! [Bonus! On my bathroom breaks (at work) I would touch my toes 10 times!] Had mad a new recipe given to me by my boss. It was pretty awesome! Chicken breast with ranch, cheddar cheese & bacon! You just do not know how yummy it was! LOL Fruits & veggies are rocking & rolling! *I totally forgot about the sit-ups!* Just now thought of them! LOL
