Is food really that scary?

I've been struggling with weight almost all my life. Then a little over a year ago I decided to do something about it. There was a catch. I am addicted to food. I mean seriously addicted. I worked out for hours a week and never saw results. Why you ask? Cause I didn't want to tell myself that food was bad. This week I started a strict diet. No sodas, no fatty foods, and absolutely no sweets. Just in two days I dropped 6 lbs. WITHOUT STARVING MYSELF. I am now a true believer that fitness is 20% working out and 80% food. It all depends on how much you are willing to stand and say no to bad foods.
