FBSL 135. Still in good range. I am giving myself a few more carbs on my allowance to fit more fiber in. Funny enough that is where I am having issues meeting my requirements. I am also allowing myself a dinner that I enjoy...nachos. I have the stuff already made and measured so I wont go over on my allowances.

I had a great stretching session today and a nice walk. I think I may do the stretching again. I lay on the floor and feels like there is a ball or something under my right hip, like I am laying on something but not. I have felt this before. It is inflammation. I am really stretching that area to help it not get worse. I have been told that my pelvis is rotating under and it makes my muscles shorter. Most I can do is stretch it out. It is painful. Been dealing with it for 21 years now. I just need to really be disciplined to stretching it out.

I keep thinking of getting on my bike. But hold off because I don't feel my hip is ready for that yet and I don't want to take a couple steps forward to fall way back again because I didn't have patience to wait until my hip is ready. Maybe by this weekend....we will see.
