blue gray

Such a headache today.
Dont know if it has anything to do with not having any caffeine today. Trying to cut back on drinking so much coffee in the morning, so that I can get back to my routine of early morning walking.
That is if the rain ever EVER lets up!!
It isnt raining at this very moment, but it will start, then stop, and it has been this way for well over a week.
I cant predict the weather, but I can look out and see how gloomy it is and has been.
Maybe that has something to do with the headache?
All I know is, spring seems to be in no hurry.
I would love to get up in the morning, and get in a good walk, come home and lay in the sun for a bit.
But I havent seen the sun in days and days.
Oh well, just something else to add to an already blue mood.
Guess I will get some protein and get in a workout here indoors.

I'm sure hoping that your weather clears up. I know that gray, overcast and rainy days really negatively affect my mood too. I use a therapy light for days like that and it does help. Have you got one or have you tried one? They are really useful. Sometimes insurance will cover it if you get a prescription from your provider. I use mine a lot, because I live in one of the rain belt capitals in the country. We have rain usually at least 9 I/2 months out of the year. We are currently in the sun, but this weekend it will be rainy and gloomy again. I know that when I started to cut down on my caffeine, I got headaches too. I am prone to migraines, but a caffeine headache is certainly different and uncomfortable in its own way. I hope that you find a solution. Treat yourself well during this blue time for you. Reward yourself for being patient with the weather. Take care and God bless, Deb emoticon

You headache could have something to do with the weather, because the air is so heavy. It's turning gloomy here too, but I manage to get some gardening done. That always makes me feel better.

Hoping you get some sunny weather soon. I am a human barometer and bad weather certainly affects my moods.

My son recently gave up coffee, but replaced it with juices with cayenne. No headache. Apparently, the cayenne is the trick, along with hydrating.

I have had pretty nasty headaches when eliminating my coffee. I've cut back so haven't been dealing with that lately.
