FBSL 197. I slipped up last night. One bowl of cereal did it. I need to talk to my doctor about being able to broaden my eating possibilities. I am extremely restricted right now to keep my bsl down to a level that is beneficial to me. I exercise doing something every day. I rarely take a day off. I may lessen it one or two days a week like yesterday. I had a migraine yesterday and movement hurt. Today the headache is gone. I get my blood drawn tomorrow at 8:10 am.
