So I made a goal to just log in to Sparkpeople every day for the last few weeks and spin the wheel. Success! Now I'm going to do 30 minutes of exercise twice a week (this may be pushing myself. Maybe I should just do once a week?!). I hate tracking my food; I'll save it for last - yes, I know that people who track lose the most weight. Baby steps.
