Today began by taking Jolie to the vet for her second ear treatment. Thankfully I can just take a sample by next week for the UTI recheck instead of taking her back in.

Once home it was time for school, but only with Isaac. Maegann was still sleepy from the Benadryl we gave her last night to make her sleep. Glad she's seeing the chiropractor tomorrow morning for the insomnia.

After school we got through lunch and then it was back to my work area to get more paid work done. I was celebrating tonight.... four of the five plans are submitted for approval and the fifth is in the hands of the client for proofing and signatures. Yeah! No deadlines for several weeks.

My monthly massage was wonderful. I booked 90 minutes for next month too. 30 minutes more makes such a huge difference. Major tightness in my shoulders and neck from all the coughing I have done for the past month with the pneumonia.

Made a decision regarding VBS and we'll know after this Sunday I would imagine if we are cancelling or not. Hitting the recruitment hard and if we don't see enough help signed up by June 1 I'm cancelling the event. I am going to be honest...as fun as it's been planning things...with my current lack of energy it might be better if it does get cancelled. We'll see!

Tonight... watching "The Great Food Truck Race" and Sparking.

Tomorrow... school, Maegann's chiropractor visit, stopping at the church to snag the VBS donations and then a free day to Spark and cross-stitch!

    Janet,

God will do what is best for you with the VBS, and all is well. I am concerned about Maegann and her sleeping habits. My heart aches for her, when she doesn't get the sleep she needs, unless she medicated. YIKES! I know you're watching her carefully, but my heart still hurts for her.

I know you felt like putty in the hands of your massage therapist! Girl I would be booking at lest 90 minutes each and every month, I go to see her. I've been getting some pointers from the massage therapist, where I get my nails done. She noticed my edema and she said to get rid of it in a couple of days, never to come back, to lay on my back in the bed or on the floor, and scoot my behind as close to the wall as I can get it, and put my legs straight up against the wall and stay there for 15 minutes and to do it 2 times a day and I will have no more edema. I haven't tried it yet, as I would have to lay on my bed, as that's the only wall I can get to, at the head of my bed.

    Blessings!

I absolutely love your poster today. What truth..about each statement it makes.

So glad to hear your massage made a huge difference.

Boy do I understand the 'recruitment' issue. We need 25 volunteers for each day of our spay/neuter clinic we have organized for the Crow Tribe here and that has been the hardest part of the whole thing - getting enough people to commit to even a 4 hour shift to help us.

There is a time and place for everything. This might be time to end VBS
