Arch Nemesis.... Cheese!

Me: Why do I feel like I have been exercising more, but not losing.
Me: Well... Track your food. All of it!
Me: Ugh! Cheese!

There is more to it than that, but as I grow hungrier, I lean on fatty cheeses. Need to find a protein to lean on.

    I love almonds for a snack! The crunch is satisfying; the healthy fat is filling; and the magnesium is high in almonds, which I need. Might be a good 'protein' option for you. A little goes a long way with them. :)
    If you are really craving cheese, try the skim version of string cheese...and just one/day. ;)
    A spoonful of natural PB might be a good protein option for you (spread it on celery sticks and add a few raisins on top for one of my favorite treats!)
    Are you tracking your foods and are low on protein? Or maybe more fiber will help you feel fuller if you're actually getting enough protein each day?
