June update

I went to the gym today and biked for 30 min. In a little while I will be swimming in the pool. I am back at it again. I somehow lost track and had gained a couple of pounds but I am back close to my lowest weight. 198.4 this morning. I plan on losing 1 pound a week to start, and get to 133 by the end of next year. I am very motivated and will work on meal plans asap. The challenge may be to come up with a meal plan to prevent kidney stones, fight inflammation and lose weight. I will eat salads, vegetables, low fat milk and, yogurt and dmall portions of tuna, Salmon, chicken, turkey and steak. Also some whole grains like wild rice. I will be more active on Spark, post pictures, updates etc. I plan to swim 5x per day and go to the gym and bike 4x per day. I will also work my arms on the Total Gym 3x per week for 10 minutes at a time. I am looking forward to reaching my goals. Each month I will donate clothes that are too big on me and start using only clothes that fit me right. Right now I am wearing some Large and XLs. I am starting to get rid of my 1x clothes. No more 2 and 3x! That is one of the biggest rewards for me. I also like cleaning my closet! I will update soon! Thanks for all your support. I hope you are all doing great and reaching your goals!

    Good luck with your goals!!! I hope I will do much of what you are doing soon. I want to get rid of heavy clothes and never wear them again.
