Been doing great hope everyone else has to losing upper tummy but lower tumtum sagging more confused changed what I eat and walking my butt off need help can anyone tell me what to do. Please, help me.
I was shown in pt to lay down with your knees up like ur going to do the bicycle and put a ball the sie of a basketball between ur knees then u bring ur knees up with the ball and back out it can help ur strength and tone the tummy too try it out 1630 days ago
