I was tracking and doing well with my food. I have issues with food. I quit tracking and ended up in the same spot I was in with my blood sugar. I am getting back to tracking food/ carbs/protein/ fiber today.
I got to stick to eating the way my body needs. I KNOW what I need, I just need to stay with it.
