Cameron Diaz is kinda flaky in my opinion ... always smiling, always laughing, always gorgeous and skinny. Geeeeeze!!!
She was the smiling imp in There's Something About Mary. So what could I learn from her and her book Body Book?????
Well, then I remembered that her movies Holiday and In Her Shoes had her showing her compassion, her struggles and her depth.
Cameron shares in her book that she herself had food issues and had to come to grips with what she was doing that was causing her issues. She listened to her body and made adjustments.
She drinks tons of water!!
She cooks a week's worth of food on Sundays.
She packs her own "care package" for the day to ensure she has what she needs when she needs it even though there is an abundance of food all around her.
She moves her body as much as possible ... and sweats daily.
She carries a gym bag with her so she can get in her planned exercise.
She swears you will thank her if you include extra panties and a bra in your gym bag.
She guards her sleep time and has rituals that "tell" her body it's time to sleep no matter where she is.
She was taught ... nothing is for free!!! Not even the "free" toy inside the cereal box.
She says you gotta decide what you want ... plan for it ... and then get yourself up and MOVE towards it.

I am on day 224 of being on track with food and exercise!!!! Though the scale hasn't caught up with me ... Cameron says I REALLY got this!!!!!
