It's amazing how the aches and pains come and go!
Since I began to walk a longer distance, the top of both feet have been so sore-
This morning they felt OK----and I walked farther---
Over the weekend, I cut my distance down a wee bit---
It takes time for the ol' body to adjust to change I guess!
I was almost the only person out on the highway this A.M.----not even any animals!
Very few people , walk in this area--at any time of day---too bad !
I tell himself, as I type his charts, "Tell the patients to go for a walk"--
He doesn't hear me----doesn't appreciate my two cents--LOL---
Some of my very best thoughts drift through my mind, when I walk---
It's like the extra energy you get , wakes up the brain cells!
The Germans (as in dogs) both walked with me, after my walk/jog-----
So, keep those brain cells churning , in your part of the world!-----Be kind to someone to-day---and eat healthy!
