Sometimes You Just Don't Realize...

What didn't I realize?? Just how many calories are in a lot of the things I was eating && drinking. Really more what I drank than what I ate. I used to drink ALOT of soda, energy drinks, and coffee (Starbucks). Yesterday I was out of town && didn't follow my diet properly. This morning I put in my food and drinks from yesterday && WOW. 3,320 calories. Yeah that's alot. Most of them were from drinks. Did you know that a Route 44 Cherry Dr. Pepper from Sonic is 520 calories?? Well I didn't. That's about 1/3 of my "calorie budget". This was deffinately an eye opener.
