Sometimes, the answers that we seek are right inside our hearts. We just need to take the time to listen to our own heart, and write down what we hear. That is often the process that
I follow when I blog. It helps me to say YES! to life. (Do you see YES in the silhouette?)
I have been blogging for a few years now. Every morning, I get up and I write for 5 minutes. It is not a tough thing to do, but it takes discipline. I find that by writing, I have more direction in my journey towards greater health. I also find that many people go through exactly the same thing as I am going through.
If you would like encouragement in your life, start writing to encourage another. If you need help with a physical problem, start writing about the problem and the parts of the answer that you already have. Soon others will give you their piece of the puzzle, and you will have the full picture.
The first time that I wrote a blog, no one responded. Now I have about 40 followers. Every once in a while, I will write something that strikes a cord with others, and the next thing I know, I have over 100 people responding. By writing every day, people look for the blog.
I am also a teacher who teaches students to write. They are encouraged to read things that I write. I am just a regular person to them. When they realize that a regular person can be an author, they understand that the words that they write can change the lives of others as well.
I have also used my blogs in the writing classes that I take. Just by having a beginning point of something started on paper can cause those creative juices to flow faster. Writing is a discipline that can be both fun and therapeutic.
Blogging has brought about change in my life. I am stronger and healthier because I take time to write for just 5 minutes a day. What kind of change do you want in your life? Why don't you write about it?
