Vacation is coming up! I really have been training my mind to stay on track with eating. I don't know if I will post or be able to post my numbers online because I know there is no internet service where I will be and my cell phone app has issues for SP. I have been trying to train myself to eat certain food at certain times of day with a revolving dinner everyday. That should help keep my numbers consistant.
I still have my scale hidden but must be losing weight because I can slip my jean shorts up and down over my hips without unbutton/unzipping them. My belly I would love to go away. But it is still there. Slow and steady wins the race. I really am happy I am concentrating on my blood sugar numbers. That way I don't feel the "why am I not losing weight" or the " oh I am dropping weight easy, I can eat this or that". I have much better success when I concentrate on my blood sugar numbers.
I am not at my goal but I am headed there consistantly. That is what I aim to continue to do. I am getting there.
