Day 7 of Trip -- A Little Late

On this day, we went to Philadelphia, PA. First, we went to Macy's to see their organ. I believe it's the largest organ in the world with 28,500 pipes. One of the instruments my son plays is the organ and he has a great interest in music but it is something we all wanted to see. We were able to get an up close and personal look at the keyboards (6-total) before the master organist arrived. It is played nearly every day at noon and you can just listen as you're shopping.

Next, we went to see the Liberty Bell since my daughter couldn't remember going when she was 6 years old and she wanted to see it again.

Then, we went to the Reading Terminal Market to find something to eat for lunch. That was a lot of fun and the food was delicious.

We arrived at my husband's mother's home in PA at about 8 p.m. that night.

It was another great day.

In real time, we just finished up the laundry so that makes this another productive day. :)
