I am finally where I want to be on my daily averages. I believe I have figured it out. I will continue to track this week. Beginning next week Friday I will have a FREE week where I don't track. I will be on vacation and my phone app at times has issues and doesn't track the way I want it to. So instead of the stress and frustration of tracking through my phone I decided to have a free week. At the end of this next week I am sure my weekly average will be 120 or lower. Which is my ultimate goal. I am proud of my self how well I have done.

Last night I tried on the new swim suit I bought early spring. It was too big! Told hubby I will have to get a new one! Small reward for ending up in a good place! emoticon
