Very tired today. We had some gully whompers last night! It is still raining but the wild storms must be done. Woke me up several times in the night. I never heard anyone say a thing about rain let alone storms. Oh well, on with another day.

Yesterday was my best number day yet! But I expect my numbers will rise this week because we are trying to get the food out of the house before we leave on vacation. And the things that aren't fresh are getting to be the things that are left. Like rice, cereal, etc. I am watching my portions or passing and figuring out something else. But we don't want bugs when we get home. You know how that goes. I have menus planned for each day this week. Mostly they fit into my dietary needs. So after today, it will be deep clean the house week. It is always nice to deep clean before vacation so when you come home it smells and looks clean. Thursday night we will shampoo the rugs then Friday shop for last minute things...pack the vehicles and head on out! Gosh I am SO excited. Nah, that is an understatement. I got my lists going! Here are my numbers from yesterday. I couldn't be more proud of myself.
