This week and next I am not sure how often I will be logging things. We are trying to eat up what is in the house before we leave on vacation so we don't get bugs and so things don't go bad. My numbers yesterday really reflect that!

Fasting: 141
2HAB: 231 --- 1/2c rice crispies did this
2HAL: 124----I was more careful at lunch
2HAD: 264---some baked potatoe did this
Daily average: 190--not happy with this at all.

Just goes to show how sensative my blood sugar system is. I really did not eat much of either and it shot up. Today...I wil will be more careful about what I eat and when. Planning fratatas the next two dinners. I have left over protein for lunch the next 4 days. Maybe I can save out a little of the fratatas for breakfast too. Hopefully I get to stick to that plan. Depends if my husband and sons sneak it out of the fridge or not. I have began to put a piece of tape on the tupperware with "Mom" written on it.

Today is the start of some deep house cleaning I have been looking forward to. Today: the living room! I started yesterday a little but have more to do.

    Maybe a bit more protein with the rice krispies or the potatoes? Or maybe you just need to break down and buy half a dozen eggs for "mom" to eat until time to leave.
