Re-committed to the journey. Small changes...tracking, a weekly coaching session with a weight watchers coach, a weekly weight watchers meeting and weigh-in, tracking in ww app & spark people app, hydration app, meditation time...

Needing to just commit to small changes with moving and fitness now.
