walking==real good feel good stuff

I have really enjoyed getting back to the walking track these last couple of days. I missed it, and had really forgotten just how much better I feel while walking.
I will admit, not having walked much in the last couple of weeks has caught up to me and after about 20 minutes this morning, I was almost ready to throw in the towel.
However, I toughed it out and ended up walking just over an hour.
I hope the rain holds out and I can get in another early morning walk tomorrow. I would like to continue the streak.
Not so stiffling hot today as it has been, but I probably wont go for a later walk.
But I do look forward to the days ahead when going to walk around 5 or 6 pm wont mean getting roasted by the sun and heat.
It was an uneventful weekend.
Honey mowed and weeded the yard, picked the last of our greenbeans and I am preparing them for cooking this evening, wont be a big mess, maybe a helping each.
Feeling alot better, the cold seems to be gone and I hope it stays wherever it is.
Hoping to keep heatlhy and keep walking.

    Walking is one of the best things you can do for yourself. When it's humid, my muscles stay nice and loose, so a little mugginess doesn't bother me.
