3rd Week Weigh In - It's a Lifestyle

Woke today knowing I had my 3rd week weigh in. I felt I would be successful from the clean eating through the week but I still had the nagging feeling that failure could occur. I have been working thru this feeling each and every week due to constant past "diet" failures. I must start keeping my mind on the fact this is a lifestyle change not just a "diet". Positive Proactive Thinking!!
