Another day, another no dollar!
Walked a very little amount this morning, due to rain, then heat, then pain in the foot.
I am at my wits end about what to do over my foot.
I am still trying to decide which shoes to go with, and hoping some new gel inserts will help in the meantime.
Getting old!!!
Started out on this new bp med the doc changed me to today.
Chlorthalidone.
A diuretic that I am to use in combo with my aldactone, which is also a diuretic.
So needless to say, I know where I will be spending most of my time!!
I will be walking as early as possible and taking these meds immediately afterward.
I am hungry.
So, I am gonna go find something to fix for lunch and finish my house cleaning.
Found one flea on my dog this morning, the first and only one I have seen in about 4 days.
Still vacuuming daily, and in dire need of new filters, which my local stores dont seem to keep.
So, I am gonna order one online and hope it comes soon.
Have a good day everyone.

PS. In the meantime you can do seated workouts so that you're still burning calories. There are some here on SP as well as on YouTube. You can do it! :)

Hi there. Check out the popular running stores in your area. They generally have knowledgeable staff and even clinics with medical staff to help you with things like pain in your foot when walking. They can give direction on what to do, how to care for it, what shoes and socks to wear, etc. These are free and would be a great chance for you to get some answers and relief. :)
