I'm Baaaack!

Wow, can't believe my last blog entry was in January! So easy to drift away from the habits that help life make sense. And so much harder to rein myself in and get back into those habits. Right now life is really busy--I am working closer to full-time than part-time and am in a play with rehearsals 4 night a week. With all this going on, I really need some order in other aspects of my life, so re-igniting my Spark is a no-brainer.

I am vacationing on the Oregon coast for 10 days and eating at least one meal out each day, so the nutrition tracker will be a challenge, but I will track at least breakfast and snacks daily.

It really feels good to be back! emoticon
