Day 18 challenge - all about working it out

Today's challenge is to reflex about my work out routine and if I wouldn't be doing too much.
For over a year now I do Zumba classes twice a week. On summertime, my working schedule allow me to Add some more work out activities. So I do a training class once a week and steps on my bike at least once a week. So it leaves me with 3 days of rest a week. Since I started the training class, I find myself to be more compétitive against myself. I kind of like that, pushing just a little harder, pushing my limits a little further. There is still room for improvement & I'm working on it with my traîner - who knows exactly how to keep me motivated with small but constant challenges.
I feel satisfied cause my plan is working for me: getting fit is becoming les of a burden to me & I keep making it fun.
