Mini Goals

Decided to restart my healthy lifestyle with mini goals. My first 3 mini goals are:
1. Journal my eating habits - when I eat, how I'm feeling and why did I want to eat
2. Strength training - do something every day even if it's just wall push ups and calf raises
3. Water - drink at least a gallon of water a day
I wanted it to b realistic about my goals and to set myself up for success
I know that with the support of my teams here on sp and with the accountability I will again get healthy. Thank you for reading my blog. Have a safe and Blessed evening
