We had dinner out with friends last night and went to a local favorite that has FABULOUS food! I ordered my usual chicken but avoided the potatoes and starches and didn't get any dessert. I also managed to eat slow enough that I filled up half way through my meal and took half home to have for lunch today. If I can manage to do that over the next couple days I may be able to survive the "month of birthdays".
