SC- healthy habits

Eating mindlessly is the hardest bad habit to break for me. This happens when I stress eat. I suppose that means the healthiest habit that I have a hard time following is to eat mindfully, slow down, sit down, and eat without distractions.

    It is really hard.
    Sitting down and eating slowly - that is relatively easy after some practice,
    but being mindful during all meals is hard.
    I aim to eat 2-3 minutes paying full attention at the start of each meal,
    then switch to noticing every bite and read between bites.
    Not so good, but makes me eat even slower ; )
