So, I am moving more, which is the plan I guess. Small increments on some days and then blowing it out of the water on other days. It all depends on how my knee feels. Last night Zumba was the exercise and I loved it. I did it at home. Alone. Off of you tube. In the dark...lol..but it was fun. My dogs enjoyed watching and my husband high fived me when it was all done. So all in all, even though the sweat was stinging my eyes...it was great! MUCH more fun for me then the treadmill.
