So I'm not that consistent with logging my food, mostly because I seem to have to add everything I eat to the list. (I think it's because I'm in canada). However, I have started to portion my food, walk more and I am down 2.2!

    That stinks! I haven't had to add too many, but at least once they're in, they come up as recently eaten when you log it next time. Logging helps me tremendously- can't believe how many calories I was eating without realizing it!

    I am the same, I start off good but just can't seem to keep logging, usually I'm good Monday to Friday, then Saturday and Sunday I'm off. I'm good with the exercise but struggle with the food
