to be in my perfectly healthy place without a scale is scary but i have read that the other ways to track success are actually more accurate. for me this would be the ability to do many of the physical activities i love with out worry ie kayak climb a mountain zip line play with the grands with out tiring out sky dive walk up stairs without becoming winded etc i simply could do these now but think i look silly or they are just too much effort. need to work on getting out of my head and into action
