i have been walking each day and get in at least 10000 steps on 6 days of the week and about 7500 on the 7th. ( sunday so very full of church and family) i have really been lax about strength exercises. i have now organized my exercise equip here at home and hooked up the dvr. during tv commercials i can jump rope or do cardio and i have weights and tapes for some simple things to begin to do. spark people rocks with the new exercise video page and how simple they have made it to just plug in now what my job is now is like nike says just do it. ugh
