I was really looking forward to September. I knew the mornings would be a little cooler and I would get to walk without dying from heat stroke.
But then yesterday, my calender pops up on my phone, and I see how many appointments I have this month.
I am just about tired of running.
I think I have 3 doctors appts and one heart test scheduled.
and no, I am not sick. I just have routine appointments, not to mention I am pretty sure I have a dentist appointment sometime this month as well.
The one highlight is that I have a gift certificate for a mani/pedi that I plan to use.
I am going to set aside one day and just have a pamper myself day.
But not today.
I am going to go walk early.
I have been doing really good walking, I have done 4.07 miles one day and 4.14 the next.
I wont get to walk that much this morning but plan to make up for it the weekend.
Hope everyone has a good Labor Day weekend and stays out of the line of the storms.

    It's stressful to be so busy. I find those times are when I am most likely to go off course in my weight loss plan. I think the key is to say to yourself that it's OK to do less to walking or exercise this month or this week, but it's not OK to throw in the towel and do no exercise at all. Do the best you can and don't overwork yourself. Find a good balance.
