Just hanging on today

I snacked a few times today and it wasn't planned. I have my stuff at the ready but yet the cookies wafers and the Pringles got my attention first. I just plugged in my numbers for dinner and thankfully I'm still within my limit...thank goodness. I had to change what I wanted to do for dinner though. Was gonna make the kids favorite but it sent me 10 calories over. I didnt like that. This way, with what I'm having for dinner I still have room for more fruit or even a fruit smoothie (with just ice). This way is better.

I need to exercise still, I'm thinking it'll be a bike ride after dinner. Maybe a video later this evening. I dont know...weights, or the ball exercises for abs. I have to do something. I can't believe its already 4:30! The day has just zipped right on by!!
