I am guilty of cleaning my children's plates. I then track those calories. I hate throwing food away. Help!!

    Someone once told me... You're treating yourself like a garbage can when you eat food just so it doesn't go to waste. The other option is you put the waste in the actual garbage can. Either way the food is being "wasted" - your body doesn't need it so just put it in the garbage can... They said it a lot better than me but you get the point! haha Good Luck :)

    Good that you're tracking and being honest with yourself. Here's a different way to view it. You have a choice to get rid of it off their plates now, simply, or from your bottom line, later with a lot of work. Is that what you want?
