I took a few days, ok almost a week, off because of extreme amount of stress and chaotic schedules and now I feel like I am starting over on my diet and life style change. Dealing with the extreme illness of a loved one, family crisis and weather issues has made the past two weeks making me feel like I am being pulled in 1,000 different directions. I felt that the best thing I could do was take care of other matters and just see what happened as far as my weight went. The good news, I didn't gain, the bad news, I haven't been to the gym so now when I climb the stairs at work it is not as easy as it once was. I have 65 days until my daughters wedding and it is time to get back on track, not only to look good for her at her wedding but also for me to be proud of what I have done!
