59 days that is all I have left if I want to meet my goal. It sounds like a lot but I know that as bust as everything is that time is going to fly by. I have spent the past couple days re-evaluating the way I am doing things and what I can change to make sure that I have "ME" time during the day to get my time in at the gym or some kind of work out in everyday. On the weekend that is not a problem because we own 5 acres and it is finally under 100 degrees so we are able to get out and take our yard back from the overgrowth that has happened during the summer. The past 3 weekends I have spent at least one day of the weekend working in the yard. Everything from butting and moving brush to shoveling and moving rock (tons of rock). I know that I get a good solid work out during those days. But while I eat better on the days I am at work, my exercise level is not as high as I would like it to be and that I have got to fix!
