    Try cutting up some veggies that you like and having hummus or a lite dressing or dip mix. We have made one that comes in a package right above the salad dressing on the end of the isle at the Wally World by you.. and use either light mayo or the olive oil one too. Just put small amounts on your plates of healthy veggies or nice fruit arrangement too. We have also had guacamole until almost everyone became allergic to it.. . other dip ideas could be peanut butter, cottage cheese low fat, cream cheese lite mixed with salsa or salsa standing alone too. These are some of the things that I really try hard to have during the day since finding out that I am diabetic. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
