About a month into my re-start on the 'weight thing' and the results are ... drum roll please ..... a pound on! .... Ta dah! ha ha.
I can safely say that plan A isn't working too well! I know where it all falls down, but am having trouble fixing it, so New plan needed.

I said last time that getting good results (no mater how small) works to keep me going (don't it everyone?) so these results are doing the opposite. Time and energy are my biggest problems. i use a lot of energy up through the day and all the time! but don't have any left by evening and just don't think enough about what to eat, I just sit and reward myself for a good day's sorting and grafting. PLUS being a soul that tends wake up quite early in the mornings and needs 8hrs of sleep to regenerate, Going to bed later is not way to gain any more time!
ANYHOOOO, I am not doing a good job of cutting back without thinking!! SO it is time for a more structured tactic for a while ... the dreaded calorie counting! Works well if you stick with it and means I know what I am eating, roughly when, can add little treats that I fancy without feeling guilty and plan my food around my day. Not only does it stop me eating too much, it also stops me not eating enough when I need it, then just grabbing stuff at random to shove in the nosebag! WILL I stick to doing it though? that is the thing!

It will take me a day or so to work a plan out and do my shopping. I will put it on here in case anyone else wants to try it plus I can look back at it later if I want to repeat it myself.... provided it lasts more than a day! lol.

If you put your mind to it, it will last more than a day. It's always about being consistent and accountable. This is always up to you. We live in a fast pace, wanting immediate reward world and it might seem easier to chose the "easy" path when you're young, but you're going to pay for it when you'll be older. And not being consistent.. is that really easier? I think not.
So come on, you can do it! Keep sparking, it helps to be accountable!

Yes, random grazing is always a surprisingly large source of calories and eventual lbs! Sounds like you know what's going on and how to deal with it though, so good luck!

Just start stepping lively, chica! Baby steps...we have done this long enough to know this is just part of the journey, sucks...but it happens! Slippery slope, tough stuff...yet you are tougher. Wrapping you in an enormous hug.
