Preparing for my trip

I have a major trip coming up that I've looked forward to for a very long time. I'm going to be able to fully enjoy it because I'll fit better into airline seats, my clothes and even shoes fit better. Thanks to recumbent bike riding, I'll have more energy. I started to plan how I'm going to eat to not just grab what's available. Even though I'm not a power bar eater, I bought some, powdered milk & lowfat granola. I'm taking my Fiber 1 & a measuring cup. My plan is 2 controlled meals per day. Then 1 where I'll pick the healthiest items I can, but ones that sound yummy as well. I didn't work this long to blow it on an 8 day binge!
