Oh Peggy, what a blog!!! First I was so overwhelmed by the video and Gina's story...I just teared up seeing her sweet face and to think anyone could abuse this dear dog, and her poor puppies! I hope they were charged with that abuse! I was so thrilled to see her in a loving home with her friend Lucy and those sweet white adorable kittens! I loved the little cartoon! And the dog on top the kitty tower, the dog shaming was so funny and the cat and her puppy! Thank you, as always for this sweet little pause in my day! Hugs, Mary P.S. I just love hearing about the Bears! 1156 days ago
Gia's story is so heartbreaking and then heartwarming. It is a reminder to all if you see an animal being abused and yes being chained 24/7 is abuse, not to mention being beaten report to the police and ask to file charges against the abuser.
Wonderful dog and cat combo photos! My three all share nose kissed now. Horatio, the is a senior citizen and Jack weighs in at about 100 pounds now. It took awhile for Horatio to trust Jack and for Jack to understand that the cat is not a toy. Pooh the midsize and middle aged became the mediator. She loves all animals and people too.
Thanks, Peggy for all that you do to spread the animals' stories and especially their capacity to love.
What a wonderful video! Great rescue story. Love the photos, too. Naughty doggies, breaking that cat tree. But what I really want to know is how the dog in the first photo got on top of that cat tree! I'll bet he had some help.
So glad Fuzzy is so happy in his new home and that Smokey is so happy to have him there!
