What I Am Doing Right This BLC

I am getting back into tracking. Averaging 5-6 days out of 7. Given that I skipped tracking for a long time, that is progress. I am also wearing my Fitbit religiously and have joined some work colleagues in a team on there to encourage each other to move more. I am adding light walks to my existing workouts and am slowly ramping the intensity of the latter back up. I think the most important thing I am *trying* to do is to say "be kind" whenever I can remember. I'm talking about being kind to myself, which is something I struggle with. But, in the long run, when I believe in my own ability to succeed and treat myself how I'd treat others, the results are better, both in terms of meeting goals and in my view of myself.

    All the things you are doing this BC are giving you the tools to be successful. Add being kind to yourself and you've got everything you need. Living aware of what you are eating and how much you are moving are the "can do" of weight loss. At least they are for me. I just don't always do what I know I should.
