What I Am Doing Right This BLC

I am getting back into tracking. Averaging 5-6 days out of 7. Given that I skipped tracking for a long time, that is progress. I am also wearing my Fitbit religiously and have joined some work colleagues in a team on there to encourage each other to move more. I am adding light walks to my existing workouts and am slowly ramping the intensity of the latter back up. I think the most important thing I am *trying* to do is to say "be kind" whenever I can remember. I'm talking about being kind to myself, which is something I struggle with. But, in the long run, when I believe in my own ability to succeed and treat myself how I'd treat others, the results are better, both in terms of meeting goals and in my view of myself.
