Planning. I'm learning how important it is to plan ahead, not just food but exercise too. I have to look at the week ahead and see what's coming, where will I have very little time, when will I likely be too tired to cook or exercise. And then plan accordingly. It doesn't always work the way I want it, but I do a LOT better when I take a good look and am honest with myself about what I can and can't manage and just work around it.
It's all about finding what works for you and how fitness can FIT into your life.
