Hey! The map (goodie) is working!! ha,ha! Stay on track! You're doing great and you're not experiencing anything anyone else has not when starting this journey. Being Brazilian may I make an assumption that you like coffee? ;-) Whenever you want something sweet, try to have a cup of coffee to see if that will take the craving away. Now, I don't know how much sugar you use in coffee, but try to reduce it. I learned that one teaspoon of sugar has about 35 calories in it. I recently switched over to Stevia. I had to really force myself to accept the taste change, but after about 3 days my tongue had adjusted. So I'm saving tons of calories that way! And remember, if you have the calorie limit, go ahead and have a little sweet treat. This is where self discipline comes in on how "much" you take. You can do this!!! 1597 days ago
