Gearing up for Monday

I did 'okay' yesterday. BUT when we went out it went a bit off the plan and NO it wasn't me drinking too many fine ales!!! It was the opposite!!! The Ale was awful!

ANYHOOO.. I didn't have the 3 drinks I 'budgeted' for. I had one canned Guinness, then they ran out so had a Grolsh, well a few sips of it ...YUCK just a glass of chemicals with water. So we went back home and I had a cuppa and a couple of little breakfast muffins in place of it. They were more calories and fat. so not a well thought out trade, but at least I didn't go off on a binge!
Now the hard bit, sorting out the weekend!!!



I have been good and pre planned my eating today, I will do same for tomorrow then have an 'official' weigh in on Monday and try get moving again ....... in the right direction this time!!!
